One script tag adds a button that opens your testimonial form in a pop-up on your own site (video included), social-proof popups with your best testimonials, and a “★ 4.9 · N testimonials” badge. Switch each on in On-site Widgets.

Slack, Discord and webhooks
Post new testimonials to a Slack or Discord channel, or send signed webhooks on testimonial.created and testimonial.approved to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own API. Each integration has a Test button.

Invites via the API
Trigger testimonial requests from your own app with POST /v1/projects/:id/invites — after a purchase, at the end of onboarding, or when a ticket closes. The AI-agent skill knows how to wire it up.

Your testimonial form's built-in text now comes in 9 languages (or matches each visitor's browser). Download a QR code for your page, export testimonials to CSV, copy a wall design between projects, and see video plays per testimonial in Analytics.

Customers can now record a video right on your collection page — with a 3-second countdown, your questions on screen, and a chance to re-record — or upload a file. Choose text, video or both, and a length from 15 seconds to 5 minutes. Videos play inline in your wall. Included in Pro, with no cap on the number of videos.

Email invites
Ask customers for a testimonial from the dashboard: paste emails or upload a CSV, personalise the message with {{name}}, and send. Links pre-fill their name and email, one reminder follows after 3 days, and you can see who responded.

Thank-you rewards
Offer a coupon code or a link for leaving a testimonial — for everyone or just for videos. Show it on the thank-you screen, or email it once you approve.

Tags, permission checkbox, photo upload and email alerts
Tag testimonials and show only certain tags on a wall. Ask for permission to publish with an optional or required checkbox. Customers can upload a photo, and you get an email when a new testimonial arrives.
