By accessing and using ShowTrust's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to access and use ShowTrust's testimonial-collection services for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper attribution
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on ShowTrust's platform
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
3. Service Description
ShowTrust provides a hosted testimonial submission page and an embeddable widget for displaying testimonials on your site. The service is currently free during early access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring that your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws
- Reviewing and editing generated content before publication
5. Content Ownership
Testimonials submitted to your ShowTrust pages belong to you (subject to any rights retained by the submitter who authored them). You are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions to display each testimonial publicly. ShowTrust claims no ownership over the testimonials you collect or display.
6. Pricing
ShowTrust is free during the early-access period. When paid plans are introduced, anything you have set up will continue to work, and we will give existing users notice and time to choose a plan before any charges begin.
7. Disclaimer
The materials on ShowTrust's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. ShowTrust makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitations
In no event shall ShowTrust or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use ShowTrust's services.
9. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on ShowTrust's platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ShowTrust does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current. ShowTrust may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
