Testimonials are good news — share them where your team already works. ShowTrust posts each new one to a Slack or Discord channel, and sends signed webhooks so you can route them anywhere with Zapier, Make, n8n or your own code.
It works the other way too: call the invites endpoint when a customer finishes onboarding or makes a purchase, and ShowTrust emails them a testimonial request — skipping anyone who unsubscribed, already responded or was asked recently.

Is there a Zapier app?
Use Zapier's built-in “Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook” trigger and paste its URL into ShowTrust — no app install needed. Make and n8n work the same way.
Can I request testimonials automatically after a purchase?
Yes. Call POST /v1/projects/:id/invites from your purchase webhook or backend. It's safe to call every time: repeat, unsubscribed and already-responded customers are skipped.
