What is Net Promoter Score?
Net Promoter Score (NPS) is the single most-used loyalty metric in business. You ask one question — “How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague, on a scale of 0–10?” — and group answers into Promoters (9–10), Passives (7–8), and Detractors (0–6). NPS is calculated as the percentage of Promoters minus the percentage of Detractors. Scores range from -100 to +100.
